This lovely room in a fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Le bouscat grants comfort and design. It has lots of household goods, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your belongings to settle in well! The room has a lock if you want to close it. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is located in the "Le Bouscat" neighborhood, in the centre of LE BOUSCAT. A lot of shops, restaurants, public transports are accessible close by. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with fridge, crockery, pans, kettle, microwave, kitchen ustensils, toaster... It also has an iron, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: broom, bagless hoover, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, household waste tax, water, housing insurance, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
Le Bouscat is a town of more than 238,000 inhabitants attached to the city Bordeaux. Previously called "Le Bousquat", it developed around the current park of Castel Endorte, which owes its name to the palace filled with history that is located there. This charming residential town has almost as many houses as apartments and is crossed by the 'Taillan' aqueduct. It is located about 3km from Mérignac and trams C and D pass there as well as many bus lines, allowing Le Bouscat to be an area very well connected by public transport. An exit from the ring road also allows you to reach Le Bouscat by car. Despite its very residential side, many activities can be practiced there thanks to its parks, its plant maze, its hippodrome, its swimming pool, its golf course and its restaurants offering for the most part fish and seafood menus accompanied by local wine. Bordeaux of course, white or red, so that everyone can find their favourite. It is a town where life is good and where you can easily get to Bordeaux!
