If you select a check out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month.
If you select a check out date from the 15th to the end of the monthYou will pay until the end of the month.
Our rooms are fully furnished with everything you need. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a comfortable mattress with bedsheets, pillows, and duvets, as well as a bedside table, small lamp, and wardrobe.
You will be the first to move into our newly renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. Next to the kitchen, you will find a large living space with couches to enjoy movie nights with your flatmates.
Our location in Paris is the ideal place to experience the vibrancy of the city while enjoying a calm property and being part of the community. With a total of 4 flats and 21 rooms, the building features a laundry area and a courtyard, making it easy to unwind, meet new people, and enjoy all the perks of a flexible lifestyle from the comfort of your home!
Located in the southeastern suburbs of Pairs, Ivry-sur-Seine has a multicultural atmosphere and enjoys easy access to the city center. The area has several transportation options, including metro, RER (suburban rail), and bus lines, making it convenient to travel within and outside the commune.You will also be able to enjoy some pleasant green spaces such as Parc des Cormailles and Parc Pierre et Marie Curie. Bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores are within walking distance from our building.
Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios) One person per room (no bedroom sharing)
Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a gurantee, etc.

It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.
When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
