Hi, I’m Monnier !

I am named after a crater on Venus dedicated to King Arthur’s wife!

I am a contemporary and rustic residence, I was born in 1930, in Lambersart close to Lille . Only a few minutes from the Lille train station and 15 minutes from the city center, I am very accessible by the metro 2 (in front of the house).

I am large: 450sqm, enough to accommodate the full and exciting lives of 15 happy tenants. My plan for your enjoyment? Two living rooms, three kitchens, dining rooms but also a large garden to share! All in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

And because one can want to share a rent but not his intimacy, I offer to each one its night space with shared or private bathroom. Who says better ?
