Cette splendide chambre privative en colocation, meublée, équipée et tout inclus à Lyon unit confort et design. Elle propose de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne reste plus qu'à apporter votre bagage pour être chez vous ! La chambre peut se fermer à clef si vous souhaitez plus d'intimité.

Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).

Le logement est situé dans le quartier Monchat, en plein centre de Lyon. De nombreux restaurants, transports publics, commerces sont localisés aux environs. La colocation est au rez-de-chaussée. Elle est entièrement meublée et dispose d' une cuisine tout équipée avec réfrigérateur, ustensiles, poêles, grille-pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes, casseroles, vaisselle… De même que tancarville, fer à repasser, planche à repasser, lave-linge.
Tout le nécessaire pour le ménage est déjà présent au sein de cette colocation : balai-brosse, aspirateur, balai, seau et serpillère… Chaque colocation meublée comprend toutes les charges : taxe sur les ordures, électricité, charges de copropriété, assurance habitation, eau, wifi illimité.

Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.

Avec ses maisons en pisé au jardin individuel, le quartier de Lacassagne - Montchat a l'allure des petits villages français. Son ambiance pavillonnaire calme, en fait l'un des rares quartiers de l'agglomération lyonnaise ayant gardé son charme d'antan et offrant de grands espaces verts tels que le Parc Georges Bazin et le Parc de Chambovet, qui offre une vue panoramique sur la ville, et sur la Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière. De nombreux marchés biologiques sont installés dans le quartier, ainsi que le traditionnel marché du Chateau de Montchat, datant du XVIème siècle et qui est aujourd'hui restauré en salles locatives pour les séminaires d'entreprises et événements festifs. Montchat est également proche de la Part-Dieu, centre d’affaires de Lyon, qui abrite un des plus grands centre commercial d’Europe, et constitue le hub des transports lyonnais (métros, trains, aéroport..). This superb private room in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Lyon perfectly combines comfort and design. It consists of lots of household goods, including a double bed with pillows and duvet Just bring your luggage to feel cosy in your new place! The room has a security lock if you want to close it.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare is strategically located in the "Monchat" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Many public transports, shops, restaurants are located nearby. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, pans, microwave, toaster, kitchen ustensils, crockery, kettle… The flat also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, a washing machine, an iron.
You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, housing insurance, condominium fees, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Charming brick houses and gardens make Lacassange – Montchat, in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, feel like a little French village. The calm, suburban atmosphere makes it one of the rare neighbourhoods in the greater Lyon area which still has its old charm, with its vast green spaces like the George Bazin park and the Chambovet park (which offers an outstanding panoramic view of the city as well as the cathedral on Fourvière hill). Many organic fruit-and-veg markets are held in the area, in addition to the traditional market of the Château de Montchat – a building which itself dates from the 16th century and nowadays is used as function rooms for business seminars and festive events. Montchat is also close to Part Dieu, Lyon’s commercial district which is home to one of Europe’s largest shopping centres and the main public transport hub (subway, airport shuttle, trains, buses, trams, coaches…).
