A pleasant and equipped 11m² bedroom is waiting for you in Grenoble. Rented fully furnished, you will find a comfortable night space with a spacious double bed (140x190), a bedside table and a lamp. The bedroom is also made up of a nice work space furnished with a desk, a chair and a lamp, and several storages including a built-in wardrobe to put your clothes and your belongings inside. The apartment, secured with connected locks, includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine/dryer, and separated toilet. All the needed household equipment (mop, broom, vacuum cleaner) are available in the entrance of your accommodation. We wanted the decoration to be simple in order to allow each coliver to add their own style to it and to feel at home. This nice apartment is located in the heart of a quiet residence near shops and restaurants. If you have a car, the residence is provided with several car park spaces for rent. At Colivys, your flat is an “all-rental costs inclusive” : water, electricity, gas, internet and house insurance. Do not forget, all of our rental bedrooms are eligible for APL (housing aid), depending on the CAF’s required conditions. *Check-in/out is possible on weekends with an additional payment of 70€ - Once the booking has been confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the documents requested by the owner (to the owner). After this time, your booking will be cancelled.
