This very comfortable and spacious Flexappart.be furnished apartment (70 m²) is located in a brand new building located a few minutes from Brussels South Charleroi Airport. It constitutes an ideal starting point for accessing the large area of activity of the aéropôle and its companies, active in many fields.
Housing
For your comfort, this 70m2 business apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. Decorated in Scandinavian style, both natural with warm, relaxing and modern tones in a refined up to date style.
Regarding gas, water and electricity consumption, we ask for a €150 provision per month. We read the meters at entry and exit and make the final count at the end of the customer's stay.
It offers free high-speed Internet connection and a TV (120 cm) with more than 80 channels. We added a desk so you can work comfortably.
A free and private parking space is reserved for your car.
Nothing like having your favorite coffee to start the day! “Choose the coffee that suits you”: before your arrival, you will be invited to choose your favorite coffee machine! You will have the choice between a Nespresso capsule machine, a Senseo capsule machine or the classic filter machine.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided and included in the price.

Pour votre confort cet appartement business de 70 m2 est équipé d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge, ainsi que d'une planche et d'un fer à repasser. Une décoration revisitée dans le style Scandinave, à la fois nature avec des tons chauds, relaxants et modernes dans un style épuré, au goût du jour.
En ce qui concerne les consommations gaz, eau et électricité, nous demandons 150 € de provision par mois. Nous relevons les compteurs à l'entrée et à la sortie et faisons le décompte final à la fin du séjour du client.
