We're looking for free-spirited young professionals with a heart and curiosity for Brussels that don't mind sharing communal areas (living room, spacious dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and garden) with like-minded people.
Located 4 mins walk from Schuman, 1 min from Place Jourdan, 1 min from Google offices, 4 mins from Parc du Cinquantenaire (excellent for jogging/football/basketball) and Parc Solvay. Public transport abound. Villo bicycles literally across the road.
Nice restaurants, breakfast and coffee places within the same street. And for the guilty pleasure the most renowned "fritkot" of Brussels is situated at Place Jourdan. On the occasion of a warm summer eve why not organise your own bbq in the cosy garden.
We've renovated two of the floors with mostly spacious rooms (18m2, high ceilings, parquet floors, perfect heat and sound insulation, double beds), one new bathroom, another bathroom freshly renovated, electric circuitry redone, fixed-line and wireless internet connection, making sure not to destroy its original character and using ecological materials where possible.
The 16th of March one of the bigger rooms at 635 garden facing will become available for rent. Charges (electr, gas, water, internet, tv, netflix, cleaning of communal areas) are 110 euro a month
Non-smoking, no pets.
