This new spacious apartment furnished in a modern style is located in a very quiet residential area near Prater and the University of Economics. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor within a condominium equipped with an elevator and has approximately 57 m² of living space and a 19 m² balcony.

It features an anteroom, hallway, toilet, bathroom, storage room, kitchen-living room, bedroom and balcony.
Completed furnished in a modern style: fitted kitchen (Miele appliances!) including kitchen utensils and cookery, Miele washing machine in the spacious bathroom with bathtub, flat screen TV, high-speed Internet.
All facilities for the daily needs such as restaurants, supermarket, bakery or post office are within walking distance.

The nearest tram station, Krakauer Straße (O-Line) is only a 3-minute walk from the front door.

If the apartment is rented by two or three people, an additional price of 5.64 Euros per person a day will be calculated.
