We are happy to welcome you, dear guest, in our beautiful and incredibly homey apartment in Vienna, in the 20th district to be exact. This apartment will not only impress you with its convenient location, but also with its comfort, which will be experienced at every step. It’s a private apartment in the building with an elevator. The apartment is for 4 guests and offers 1 bedroom with a King size bed (180x200) and a sofa bed (200x200) in the living room for 2 more guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and WC, TV and free WiFi. There’s an underfloor heating system and central water supply in the building. For the summer season, guests are provided with a cooling fan.

Our contactless self Check-in system ensures easy and seamless check in. Check in is possible anytime after 15.00 without any time limitations. You will receive your Check in instructions 24 hours before your arrival, so you will be able to check the whole check in process in advance.
Other things to note
The day before the arrival date, please let us know how we should make the sleeping arrangements (together/separately).
We provide fresh linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap and hair dryer for your comfort. For those guests booking a long stay, refreshment of the towels and linen is available on request.
PARKING SITUATION:
We recommend our guests the nearby public underground parking Garage Brigittaplatz | BEST IN PARKING that is just a 7 minutes’ walk from the accommodation. The price will be 8-10 EUR/day.
Parking on weekends is free in Vienna starting from 22:00 Friday till 09:00 am Monday where it’s not prohibited by the Parking signs.

The road to the city center will take 20-22 min by walk from the apartment or 12-15 min by walk+metro.
We highly recommend taking into consideration Vienna passes to make your traveling around the city more convenient and smooth.
