This modern third-floor apartment is easily accessible with an elevator. It is designed in warm gray and beige tones and consists of an open entrance space, a living- and dining room, two bathrooms and a bed-/ office room with high-speed Wi-Fi in every room. The entrance area of the apartment offers compartments and hangers for storage. The living- and dining room connects to a fully equipped kitchen. A fridge, freezer, oven, induction stove with outlet, microwave and a dishwasher are integrated. In addition to standard cooking utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine and dishes, cutlery and glasses for 6 people make for a convenient and comfortable life in Vienna. The living- dining room consist of a comfortable dining table for 4 people, a pullout sofa, a reading chair and a Flat-TV. The record player with classical and schlager records creates a homey feeling. Facing the green inner courtyard, the bedroom allows for absolute quietness without traffic noise. Opaque curtains also function as a great basis for an excellent workspace at the study desk. Two big built-in closets allow for much storage room and opportunities to hang items. A washer-dryer combination is integrated in the bathroom, bath towels, linens and bed sheets are provided.The toilet with guest-sink and ventilation is separately accessible.Cleaning service can be requested on a weekly basis. In the apartment there are a vacuum, an iron and ironing board as well as basic cleaning supplies provided. This modern apartment is located in a quiet side street to a main street, Alserstrasse, from which you can reach the subway station of the line U6 “Alser-Straße” and tram stations “Brünnlbadgasse”. With both of these lines a trip into the inner-city or connection to any other subway- or tram lines takes only about 5 minutes. The bus line 48a is also within 5-minute walking distance. Within two blocks of Alserstrasse you will find anything you could need on a daily basis; cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries, post offices and pharmacies. Particularly convenient is a bakery that opens unconventionally early, closes late and is open during Sun- and Holidays (an exception in Vienna!) which is a one-minute walk away. A gourmet supermarket and a bio supermarket are also reachable within a three minute walk. In this location a car is not necessary for sure, bike lanes are also located within closest distance. The walk into the inner-city takes about 10 minutes, it leads along the green campus of the University of Vienna. Parking in the area is generally temporary short-time-parking only. There is no parking space included in the price, however there is the parking garage “Zimmermannplatz” around the building’s corner as well. There you can also park your car for a longer period of time if necessary.
