Our newly refurbished, lovingly furnished 2-room apartment extends over a spacious 50 m2 in a typical Viennese old building, which is currently being completely renovated. The apartment is fully equipped, with high-quality parquet flooring and features typical of old Viennese buildings. The connection to public transport is excellent, in about 15 to 20 minutes you are quickly in the center. Around the corner of the apartment there is a supermarket, a coffee house and a huge playground.The accommodation consists of a courtyard-side sleeping cabinet with a large double bed, a spacious street-side living room, in which a cozy pull-out couch offers another sleeping space for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom and separate toilet.The apartment is on the ground floor, but not visible, because all street-side windows have a privacy screen. Your security is also taken care of, since lockable burglar locks are attached to all windows.The house in which the apartment is located is currently being completely renovated, so construction work is currently ongoing, but should not affect the comfort in the apartment itself.In terms of technical equipment, we offer our guests free WiFi, a new 55-inch flat-screen TV, free access to Netflix and a charging station for smartphones and the like. No. 2 goes to the center (Volkstheater) in 15 minutes and then along the Vienna Ringstrasse to Schwedenplatz and on towards Prater. No. 9 takes 15 minutes to Westbahnhof or Mariahilferstraße. The tram line 43, which takes you to Schottentor in 10 minutes, is a 5-minute walk away.You can park on the street around the property, but there is a charge on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
