The large entrance/living/dining area with open kitchen can accommodate all needs, whether groups or families, as well as couples. Bright and flooded with light, you can cook and eat together, relax on the sofas or on the balcony or start the morning in the yoga corner (4 mats available) with a view of the day.
In addition to a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, each bedroom also has a small desk so that you can concentrate on your work. All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning.
The bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower as well as its own access to the sunset terrace with a view of the Hohe Warte.
For the two bedrooms on the lower floor, there is a large bathroom with double washbasin, large bathtub and extra shower as well as a separate guest WC with hand basin. The larger of the two downstairs bedrooms also has its own balcony with a view of Wertheimstein Park.
