Our spacious accommodation offers you a generous living room furnished with two comfortable sofa beds that can accommodate a total of four people. The bedroom has a cosy double bed and an additional single bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. There is also a functional workspace, providing you with a quiet place to work or study.
The toilet is separate from other rooms for added comfort and privacy. The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing bathtub, ideal for a long, well-deserved soak after a day of exploring the city.
The kitchen, also separate from the rest of the flat, is fully equipped and ready to test your culinary skills. It contains all the necessary appliances and utensils you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The accommodation is completely and exclusively at our guests' disposal. My co-hosts will take care of the booking and help with any questions. You can contact them via messenger at any time, they are always ready to help.
The flat is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, also known as Landstraße. This district is known for its diversity and individual character. It is in a central yet quiet location, making it ideal for guests who want to both explore the city and relax. There are a variety of restaurants close to the flat, including Gasthaus Pöschl, Figlmüller, Holy Moly, Reinthaler, Cafe Menta, Gasthaus Wild, Alaverdi and KLYO. This offers guests a wide range of culinary options to choose from. There are also some facilities nearby that are useful for everyday needs. These include supermarkets such as Spar on Radetzkystraße. Overall, the neighbourhood is a mix of convenience and culture, making it an ideal place to stay.
