The 30m2 first floor apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom and bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for a total of 3 people. The kitchen is in the anteroom. A door leads from the anteroom to the modernized bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Windows look out to the hallway and landscaped courtyard.
Access for guests
There is a laundry room just down the hall that can be used free of charge by appointment.
