This cosy single room apartment has a combined living room/bedroom with single bed and a pull-out sofa bed, a dining table, wardrobe, chest of drawers. For your comfort, we have international SAT TV and a WLAN with unlimited connection to the Internet.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker and oven, all utensils are available to prepare meals by yourself. A coffee filter machine and a toaster are ready to prepare a delicious breakfast, a water boiler and the refrigerator complete this modern kitchen.
The bath has a shower and a wash basin, the toilet is a separate room.

I provide the apartment absolutely clean together with enough fresh bed linen and towels. Baby bed, high chair, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer rack, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner on request.
