We offer 3 different room categories: Standard, Superior and Deluxe.

In the Standard category (600 EUR/month all-in rent), the following services are included in the monthly room price in addition to the furnishings:

In the Superior category (650 EURO/month all-in rent) there is also a second floor in the room.

A lump sum of EUR 350.00 is payable per contract for administration and furnishing costs and the associated administrative work.
