Two bedroom apartment in a recently renovated building with elevator, located in one of the most central areas of Lisbon. It has a stylish and modern decor and all the amenities to provide a unique and comfortable stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, big and cozy beds.
A few steps from Avenida da Liberdade, the most expensive avenue in Lisbon, the apartment has easy access to public transportation, namely the metro and several buses.

The apartment is on the third floor of the building with elevator. Despite being located close to the one of the most lively areas of Lisbon, the apartment is in a very quiet street. Perfect for families looking for a nice few days in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city within a walking distance.

The apartment has two bedrooms with queen-size beds and lots of storage space.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has one bathroom with bathtub and shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ City tax will be charged 2€ per guest, per night, to a maximum of 7 nights.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
