The Family Apartment is 50 m2 and consists of one shared living and sleeping area. This apartment can comfortably house 2 adults and 1 child between 2 to the age of 17. The efficient lay-out has one double bed and a singel sofa bed.
The bed in the main bedroom is available as twin or double setup, a dinner table and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath.
Our apartments are comfortably furnished and fully equipped with a sleek modern finish: from kitchenware to a flat screen TV – everything’s there!

Residents also enjoy extra services and facilities included in the price: weekly cleaning service, 24/7 staffed Resident Service Deks, use of Gym and wellness with swimming pool and sauna as well as use of the machines in our common laundry room on the ground floor.

Located in a residential neighbourhood in Amstelveen. Close to shops, schools, parks and medical facilities and just a short ride from Amsterdam centre! Amsterdam Zuidas is only 2 miles away or 9 minutes by tram - from here you are moments away from popular destinations like Museumplein, Vondelpark, Oud-Zuid, the 9 streets and so forth. Amsterdam Central Station is only 30 minutes by tram and metro.

We also offer tenants the possibility to register with the municipality.
The above rates exclude city tax of € 4,55 per person per night applicable for adults from 18 years above. If the guest registers at the municipality of Amstelveen within 2 weeks, the city tax will be waived, on the condition that a proof of registration is provided.
