Situato al secondo piano, con ascensore - 14 scalini per arrivare all’ascensore dall’ingresso, di Costa Scarpuccia una via caratteristica in pendenza che sale verso Forte Belvedere di fronte ad uno spazio verde a due passi da Ponte Vecchio, gli Uffizi e dai principali monumenti fiorentini.

Appartamento su un livello in stile contemporaneo (55 mq) può ospitare fino a 2 persone con una camera da letto ed un bagno completo di doccia.
Si viene accolti da un corridoio composto da ante scorrevoli, alla destra dell’ingresso si trova la cucina ben attrezzata e a sinistra il bagno completo di doccia. Il corridoio è provvisto di pratici pannelli scorrevoli che funzionano da ripostiglio per gli oggetti di casa. Di fronte al corridoio si trova l’area living con due divani a due posti, un caminetto decorativo, tavolo da pranzo per quattro persone. Le tre grandi finestre offrono molta luce a tutta la casa. Il salotto si connette infine con la camera da letto matrimoniale (160 cm larghezza, non divisibile) che si chiude con una porta a scorrimento in stile moderno.
