Ciuk 11 è un appartamento moderno e confortevole situato nel cuore della montagna tra Bormio e Bormio 2.000 proprio accanto alla popolare pista Stelvio la quale ospiterà tutte le gare di sci alpino maschile delle olimpiadi del 2.026 e che è stata sede di importanti gare dal 1.982 ad oggi. Situato al secondo piano in una struttura di recente costruzione, questo appartamento sarà in grado di farvi vivere dei momenti indimenticabili grazie alla sua meravigliosa vista sulle montagne che si può godere dal terrazzo. Ideale per coppie che voglio passare un romantico week-end immersi nella natura ma anche per gli sciatori che hanno sempre sognato di indossare e togliere i propri sci davanti a casa grazie alla vicinanza alla seggiovia Ciuk-Laghetti raggiungibile a piedi in 2 minuti. La cigliegina sulla torta è la possibilità di gustare un'ottima cena tipica valtellinese alla Baita de Mario che si trova proprio accanto al residence. E' dotato di tv, lavastoviglie, e tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici per un soggiorno confortevole, oltre a un nuovissimo divano letto matrimoniale, camera da letto matrimoniale, e un bagno moderno e funzionale. L'appartamento dispone inoltre di un garage privato privato a pagamento. Una piccola perla dove godersi la montagna a 360 gradi.
RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night
MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION
60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 12th 2024 and April 23th 2024 included.
N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed.
