Avrai inoltre a disposizione un grande terrazzo adatto a trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax. L'appartamento dispone di un soggiorno con divano letto, per ospitare fino a 4 persone. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:
- È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto;
- Il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati; PAGAMENTI: Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €250.00) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento.

DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE:
1) prenotazioni di durata 1-3 mesi: caparra pari a 1 mensilità di canone
2) prenotazioni di durata 3-6 mesi: caparra pari a 1.5 mensilità di canone
3) prenotazioni di durata 6+ mesi: caparra pari a 2 mensilità di canone

Four-room apartment, located in Via Melzi D'eril, an area well connected to the center of Milan but also to the business districts. A stone's throw from the Castello Sforzesco and in the heart of Milan.
Located on the fifth floor of an elegant building, equipped with concierge and lift.

This very bright apartment is spread over one floor.
The living area consists of a large living room with bright windows, a comfort sofa and access to the study.

The living room leads to the open space kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine.

The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with double bed equipped with walk-in closet and private bathroom.

The service room with third private bathroom concludes the apartment.

Compulsory cleaning of the apartment is required at least once a month by a specific company in the sector.

RENTAL CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a ceiling of €200. If there is an excess, the extras will be deducted from the security deposit. Details will be specified on the rental contract.
The costs of condominium expenses, Wi-Fi, water and contract expenses are included in the monthly rent.

Early withdrawal: after at least a month, you can cancel with at least 30 days notice from the last date of release of the property;
We apply a daily contract: the monthly payment is calculated on exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;
The check-in and check-out times will be communicated once the booking is finalized.

LEASE:
- It is mandatory to have a valid tax code in order to sign the rental contract;
- The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check-in within the agreed times; PAYMENTS: Once the booking is confirmed, we will contact you to settle the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost starting from €250.0) which varies according to the size of the apartment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
1) bookings lasting 1-3 months: deposit equal to 1 month's rent
2) bookings lasting 3-6 months: deposit equal to 1.5 months' rent
3) bookings lasting 6+ months: deposit equal to 2 months' rent
