The price is for one person in the room. For extra persons you have to pay 5 euro per day. 
You have to take care and clean your apartment or studio. For profesional Cleaning you have to pay 10 euro per hour. When you leave, the studio will be checked for damages and if everything is Ok you will take your security deposit back.  Security Deposit is the same ammound of one month's bill. It has to be payed with the first month's bill.

Near University of Thessaloniki (10 minutes walk) Near Erasmus schools. You can walk in the old Town, see the view of the town and visit small taverns.
