The flat is on the 2nd floor. There is a communal garden that can be used, as well as a bicycle garage.
Location: the flat is located in the middle of the lively Luisenviertel with all shops for daily needs, cafes, restaurants etc. in the direct vicinity. Wuppertal's main railway station and the suspension railway are within walking distance. The flat is near a church - it never bothered me, but I think it's not wrong to point it out.
Note: The flat is currently still occupied by me as can be seen in the pictures. Books, personal accessories, guitars, some of the plants, the 60s music box and the piano which is still visible in the pictures are not part of the rent and will be removed.
