The house is located in Münsterland in the small, cozy village of Neuenkirchen, directly on the Offlumer Badesee. The beautiful Münster/Westf. can be reached by car in about 35 min. To the Dutch Enschede it is approx. 30 min. and in Osnabrück one is in 40 min. The drive to the airport Münster/Osnabrück takes 30 min. The next bigger city Rheine is 8 km away. To the center of Neuenkirchen it is about 1 km, to the next gastronomy directly at the lake about 200 m. There are two apartments in the house, both of which can be rented. One on the first floor (120sqm, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons) and one on the upper floor (80sqm, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 4 persons).

The approx. 130 sqm luxurious apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the 1,500 sqm large and spacious garden offers an unobstructed view of the greenery. The
Offlumer See is only a few meters away. The apartment, furnished in a modern country house look, offers space for 2 - 4 people.
The center of the apartment is the very spacious, open and high-quality furnished eat-in kitchen with a view into the spacious garden. It is equipped with a central kitchen unit, large induction hob, down-air trough fan, oven, built-in coffee machine, dishwasher, modern gas fireplace and its own large flat screen TV. A basic equipment with toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils, pots, pans and enough cutlery and crockery for 4 people is available. From the spacious teak table with seating for 8 people there is a wonderful view of the garden.
Two wide steps lead from the kitchen area to the comfortably furnished living area with a high-quality sofa, another flat-screen TV and the
gas fireplace. The direct connection and access to the beautiful and light-flooded winter garden with its seating area and the wood-burning stove offers a luxurious ambience. The modern, very spacious bathroom, equipped with a large, open Rainshower, a double washbasin and toilet is with the built-in sauna and a flat screen TV another highlight. A separate guest toilet is also available.

The two comfortably furnished and bright bedrooms are each equipped with a 2x2 m double bed and a 2.5 m closet. One of the bedrooms has a separate spacious dressing area with closet and two additional chests of drawers. A flat screen TV and the direct view and access to the garden through the floor-to-ceiling window characterize it as well.

The second bedroom is classically furnished and offers a small seating area. Generous windows to the south side illuminate the comfortable
comfortable room with lots of light.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, ironing board and steam ironing station are available in the basement for your sole use. The use is included in the included in the rent. Free WLAN in the whole apartment.
A car parking space is available.

Other:
The rental period is variable between 1-6 months. The rent including utilities is calculated staggered according to rental period and number of persons and amounts to monthly from 1,800€. In addition, a monthly rent is to be paid as a deposit.
For the final cleaning there is a one-time charge of 100€.
