Modern and recently renovated one-bedroom apartment in the middle Mönchengladbach’s pedestrian zone that is perfect for 2 people but may host up to 4. While at a centric location, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful as it is located on the 5th floor of the building (elevator/lift available).
The apartment receives lots of natural light due to its a large balcony, facing south-west, which extends over the entire length of the living and dining rooms. The apartment overlooks Hans Jonas Park and the pedestrian zone. It is at a perfect location to watch the sunset as you wind-down for the day.
The bedroom faces the courtyard and has been furnished with a large box spring bed (1.80x2.00) which can be separated into two single beds—if required. There is plenty of storage for your belongings between drawers, nightstands and a closet. You will arrive to freshly laundered sheet and pillows.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and fresh towels. A hair dryer is also available for guests.
The new kitchen is spacious and opens to the hallway with the dining and living room across from it. The kitchen has been well-equipped and invites you to cook. Appliances include stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, French-press coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc.
