The minimum stay is 1 month and the maximum stay is 6 months.The flat under the eaves in the first floor has 46 square metres floor space and is completely furnished for maximum 2 people. There is a well equipped kitchen, with table and chairs for dining. The kitchen is open plan to the sitting room, which has a satellite flat screen TV, a blue ray DVD player, and a small stereo system with radio, CD player and USB. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. Two further bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x 200) and a second one with a single bed (100 x 200) and writing desk. WLAN is available. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house at additional charge. In between cleaning on request is € 25 each and at the end of the rental period the mandatory charge for end cleaning is € 75. We provide cost free space for your car on our grounds, use of our garden and garden furniture, an outside grill as well as bicycles (usage at your own risk).An energy certificate is available (141,3 kWh). The flat is for business travellers strategically very well positioned, there are three airports within easy reach, between 50 to 75 minutes (Bremen 80 km, Hamburg 70 km, Hannover 100 km). Two motorways, the A1 and the A7 are approximately 19 km away. With the regional railway Erixx (2,5 km) Hannover / Hamburg line you can travel to Hamburg main train station in 50 minutes. Approximately 15 minutes by car brings you to Tostedt train station. This is on the regional line between Bremen and Hamburg and these towns are reachable within 35 minutes using the Metronom. Some industrial estates, for example in Buchholz or in Soltau are about 15 to 25 km away. Similar distances are in regard to hospitals.These are also in Rotenburg and Hamburg.The nearer surrounding landscape of the “Lueneburger Heath”, is a conservation area of heath land which provides opportunity for idyllic walks and cycle tours. In Schneverdingen (9 km) you can find a good range of shops, several restaurants, doctor surgeries, swimming pool / sauna and a small cinema. Nearby (2,5) km there is a small grocery store.
