the apartment is as cozy as possible and is surrounded by the garden and plants, an oasis in the middle of the city.

The garden apartment is equipped with electric shutters and an alarm system. Motion detectors, smoke detectors & window/door security including optional connected security guards.

Bedroom:
Separate bedroom with large wardrobe and double box spring bed. Full length mirror available.

Kitchen:
Kitchen with dining table for 4 people.
Sockets are at the table to work there too.

Large modern fridge with freezer compartment.
Washing machine, dishwasher and dryer.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven and everything you need to cook.

Living room:

Living room with high-quality sofa bed, large TV and coffee table. Extra armchair. The living room is connected to the back terrace by a glass door

The garden has an electricity connection and can be illuminated from the inside with a light switch if desired.

You have the whole house to yourself, as well as the garden with a high privacy screen and lots of plants.

Other important information
The house is very comfortable and practically furnished. The furniture and pictures are mostly custom-made. It is therefore important to me to treat them well

Dishes, beds and all other things are of high quality.

There is a large basement with shelving and storage areas in the front building. Sufficient bicycle parking spaces available.

The rear building is rented furnished or partly furnished.
