The apartment is located in the north of the settlement town of Neuperlach in the southeast of Munich.
Besides the forest paths of the Waldtruderinger Forest, the nearby Ostpark is a popular place for joggers, cyclists, skaters and walkers from all nearby districts. Furthermore, the Michaelibad invites you to relax in the sun during the summer months.
The PEP Neuperlach is one of the most popular shopping centers in the city and is perfect as a meeting place and, of course, to do shopping with its variety of gastro and retail stores for young and old.
Due to its proximity to the Mittlerer Ring, the location offers quick access to Munich's city center as well as all highways. Especially the A8 to the south is particularly close.
With the bus line 197 there is a quick connection to the U5 from the stop Neuperlach-Zentrum (approx. 13 minutes on foot), with which you can reach the city center within 9 minutes.
