Das Ballungszentrum Erlangen/Nürnberg/Fürth liegt ca. 25 km südlich von Adelsdorf. 25 km in nördliche Richtung befindet sich die Kaiser- und Bischofsstadt Bamberg mit seiner historischen Altstadt die seit 1973 zum UNESCO Weltkulturerbe zählt. Herzogenaurach, der Stammsitz von Adidas und Puma, liegt nur rund 20 km in südöstlicher Richtung entfernt.
Adelsdorf verfügt über eine hervorragende Infrastruktur. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA, Rewe, Aldi, Drogeriemarkt Müller, Bäcker Burkhart, Bäcker Fuchs), lassen keine Wünsche offen. Eine Tankstelle, 3 Allgemeinärzte, 2 Zahnärzte und 2 Apotheken befinden sich direkt vor Ort. Die Autobahn A3 ist in nur 5 Minuten über die Anschlussstelle „Adelsdorf/Höchstadt-Ost“ erreichbar. Die Busverbindung ist komfortabel.
Mehrere Sportvereine mit vielseitigen Angeboten, ein Theater, fränkische und internationale Gastronomie sowie eine große Anzahl traditioneller fränkischer Bierkeller im näheren Umkreis tragen dazu bei, dass sich in Adelsdorf das Leben in vollen Zügen genießen lässt.

The large municipality with approx. 9,000 inhabitants lies in the scenic and idyllic Aischgrund between Forchheim in the east and Höchstadt in the west. The conurbation Erlangen/Nuremberg/Fürth is located about 25 km south of Adelsdorf. 25 km to the north is the imperial and bishop's city of Bamberg with its historic old town, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1973. Herzogenaurach, the ancestral seat of Adidas and Puma is only about 20 km in south-eastern direction.
Adelsdorf has an excellent infrastructure. The shopping facilities (EDEKA, Rewe, Aldi, Drogeriemarkt Müller, Bäcker Burkhart, Bäcker Fuchs), leave nothing to be desired. A gas station, 3 general practitioners, 1 pediatrician, 2 dentists and 2 pharmacies. The A3 motorway can be reached in only 5 minutes via the "Adelsdorf/Höchstadt-Ost" junction. The bus connection is comfortable.
Several sports clubs with versatile departments, a theatre, Franconian and international gastronomy as well as a large number of Franconian beer cellars in the surrounding area contribute to the fact that life in Adelsdorf can be enjoyed to the full.
