The apartments have been designed to meet the demand for upscale urban furnished living space for temporary leases.
The apartments currently comprise 15 fully equipped and furnished to a high standard of quality and modernity. There are 8 different apartment sizes and types, there is something for every need.

LOCATION
Situated at the foot of Stuttgart's most popular urban residential quarter, the Heusteigviertel, and within sight of the Tanners' quarter with the local shopping centre "Das Gerber", ideally developed for temporary stays, shopping and shopping centre right on the doorstep. Stuttgart's centre, Rothebühlplatz, can be reached on foot in 9 minutes and by underground in 4 minutes.
Connection to public transport
The subway and bus stop "Österreichischer Platz" is located 190 meters from the entrance of the building. Numerous connections are available there:

"All Inclusive" Rent
We let all our apartments at a flat rate including all additional costs and
services so that no costs are hidden for the tenant. From sewage via GEZ
Electricity, heating, refuse collection, cleaning of common areas, internet,
Cable connection and sales tax are all included in the price and will not be charged separately.

Value added tax
As a commercial housing operator, the operator, 1. Stuttgart Haus & Hof
GmbH is entitled to deduct input tax and therefore rents all apartments including 7
Value added tax. This is of course shown separately in the invoices.

Additional bookable services
Upon request and against additional payment we offer you
- regular intermediate cleaning as well as bed linen and towel change
- If you need help with your suitcases, we are of course also happy to help you with moving in and out.
- If you should arrive on Sundays or holidays, we can buy a basic food equipment for you in advance
