This splendid private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and ready-to-live-in flatshare in Montpellier grants comfort and design. It comes with lots of household goods, including a double bed with pillows and duvet Now all you need is to bring your things to settle in well! The room has a door latch if you need extra privacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is located in the "Gambetta" neighborhood, in the heart of Montpellier. Several public transports, restaurants, shops can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a large kitchen with fridge, kitchen ustensils, crockery, toaster, kettle, microwave, pans... The flat also has an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine. Additionally, you will find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, condominium fees, water, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
Split into two by the Cours Gambetta which gives it its name, the Gambetta neighbourhood serves as gentle transition from the ancient part of Montpellier and the most recent one. This is the perfect location for this lovely room in a furnished flatshare. The construction of the tramway line radically changed the profile of the neighbourhood, which is today in full transformation. The modern buildings and the old one-storey houses often have cosy hidden gardens – some small oasis of coolness and greenery during the summer time. The Clemenceau park is a pleasant place to live on a daily basis – sports addicts, hikers, outdoor readers will find their cup of tea here. Last but not least, the neighbourhood is full of trades, pharmacies, bio supermarkets, tobacco shops.
