This is a perfect location for your stay in Prague! The flat is located in near the famous Vltava River in Smichov, one of the best Prague neighborhoods. You will find great Czech restaurants and pubs where you can taste traditional Czech beer and food. There are also many trendy international cafes for coffee and breakfast. You will really feel like a local here! You can enjoy a nice walk down the Vltava riverbank to reach Kampa Park and the Charles Bridge.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a historical building. There is a brand new lift first for easy access. You will find the traditional Prague style architecture with large doors and historical finishes in the building. The apartment does not have its own parking space but it is possible and easy to park the car in the street (fee may apply) or at the Andel Shopping Centre.

You can also walk 2 minutes to the tram station at Zborovska or 5 minutes to the Andel metro stop which takes you directly to the city center, Wenceslas and Old Town.

The apartment has also been renovated recently and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven and everything needed for cooking. The living room has a dining table and flat screen SMART TV. The bedroom has a double sized bed.

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please not that bedsheets and towels won't be provided during your stay.

Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected prior arrival arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality for stays shorter than 60 nights. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.

There is free personal check in for this apartment (someone will meet you at the apartment address) if you arrive before 21.00 PM. If your arrival is after 21:00 PM the fee is as follows:

- Between 21:00 and 00:00 = 30 EUR
- Between 00:00 and 00:30 = 50 EUR

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.
