For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year.

Room: Master Room is our most spacious and luxurious bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of living in a studio. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room Building and Neighborhood: Nestled in the heart of New Orleans, our City Park apartments offer residents a perfect blend of urban luxuries and abundant work and leisure opportunities. Boasting a fully-equipped fitness center, business center, yoga/Pilates room, movie screening room with surround sound, complimentary kayak access to the nearby bayou, a game room, Wi-Fi lounge, gazebo, and a courtyard saltwater swimming pool, our community provides modern amenities and spacious rooms filled with natural light.
