I am offering you to rent my refurbished, causy, sunny home, a huge and elegant flat in the heart of Budapest.
The flat has two small, very green and lovely balconies, 4 big rooms (2 bedrooms, a huge living room, a dining room), two bathrooms, a sunny kitchen and a storeroom.
The flat is equipped with everything you would need:
- an exciting mix of new and antique pieces of furniture,
- a king size bed with the most comfortable Cardo mattress in the world (and there is also a smaller sofa-bed)
- air-conditioner,
- even two flat screen TVs,
- home office writing desk, sofas, an entire library shelf and library
- washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, - - - fully equipped kitchen, etc.
The flat is in the best part of the city to live: in the heart - 5 min to the Parliament, 2 min to the Danube, 5 min to the Margharet Island but even in a peaceful and fashionable district ("Újlipótváros", district XIII) with many local restaurants, bistros). And as the flat is on the 5th in a really quiet building with only a few residents, you can enjoy here the harmony.
I love the flat, I love my home but as I will spend most of my time abroad, I decided to offer it to rent. Perhaps you will be the lucky renter! :)
