I have a room for rent in the Student Depot dormitory in Krakow.
You do NOT have to be a sudent!
The only requirement the dorm has is people up to the age of 35.
Super location in the center of Krakow right next to the Grzegórzeckie traffic circle from where buses and trams go to every single possible place that you might need.
The place is completely furnished as shown in the preview photos except, of course, the private items seen.
The dorm has a gym, a large kitchen on the first floor with extra things like an oven.
Vacuum cleaners are available for use as are laundry facilities.
As well as wi-fi of course
In case of issues or other problems, the administration is on site and open to help.
The price is 2450 PLN + 0 PLN Utilities - yes, the price is fixed and there is no hidden billing for water or electricity or anything else, every month you pay 2450 PLN with no extra charges no matter how much you use!
The deposit is the equivalent of 1 month's rent.
Preventing questions, the price is different than on the official website of Student Depot Krakow because the rental is based on taking over the contract I made last year when the price was even lower. This price stays until the end of the contract which lasts until August 2024!
