• 2.000,00€ for monthly rent
• 200,00€ for building fees
• 200,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi)
• 250,00€ for cleaning every 14 days (total will be done two cleaning per month)

You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 2.000€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
• 250,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
• 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning

Linen is not included.

If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
