Questo accogliente monolocale può ospitare fino a 3 persone ed è situato al piano terzo piano di un edificio con ascensore. E' composto da un ampio soggiorno, un cucinotto, un bagno e un balcone.
Una volta entrati in appartamento troviamo un piccolo corridoio, proseguendo dritti troviamo il bagno completo di vasca, bidet e lavandino. Alla destra del corridoio si ha l'accesso al soggiorno, arredato con un divano letto doppio, la TV a schermo piatto, un letto matrimoniale a soppalco, una piccola scrivania, un armadio, un microonde, un minifrigo. Annesso al soggiorno si ha il cucinotto equipaggiato con tutto il necessario per la vostra permanenza (fornelli, lavatrice, utensili, pentole, ecc..). A sinistra del soggiorno abbiamo un ampio balcone.
