This beautifully furnished, bright penthouse apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building in a central location of Dusseldorf. Short walk to the shopping street in the center of Eller and 4 minutes walk to the subway, S-Bahn and bus stops. Thanks to the nearby motorway connection, you can quickly reach the A46 or the Münchener Straße in the direction of Düsseldorf city center.

The apartment was newly renovated in 2016 and the windows renewed in 2018. The large kitchen is fully equipped including oven, ceramic hob, new freezer combination from Bauknecht, new dining table with chairs in Scandinavian style, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils.
From the kitchen is a small balcony, which lies out to the backyard and is equipped with a cozy lounge. You will also find a small storage room in the kitchen, which provides additional storage space.
