Das Apartment befindet sich im Künstler-, und Kreativviertel Düsseldorf Friedrichstadt, auf der Oberbilkeralle in der 2ten Etage. Die Lage erfreut sich einer hervorragenden Infrastruktur. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs befinden sich am Fürstenplatz, der Bilker Allee und in den Bilker Arcaden (Shopping Mall, Schwimmbad und Fitness Studio). Nette kleine Szenelokale und Restaurants bis hin zum “hippen” Treffpunkten am Fürstenplatz sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Eine sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Straßenbahn, S-Bahnhof, Bushaltestellen und Taxistand).

My flat in a very up-coming trendy neighborhood is furnished with taste and love.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utilities in order to cook a feast.
It also has a very comfortable big kingsize bed (180 x 210 m) in the bedroom.
Living room has a big sofa with sleeping option aswell.
Bathroom with shower cabin.

You’ll find lots of good restaurant options within waking distance. For example very good Italian place 2 min walking away and also lots of nice coffeeshops.
