THE APARTMENT

This recently modernized apartment is just perfect!! It has a great location near the city center in the trendy neighbourhood of Bilk. It is also at a walking distance from the University.

Everything needed to make this place your home is already there: fully furnished (bed, dining table, bed linings, towels, etc.). The bed is 1,40 m. wide, this means perfect to relax after a busy day! Additionally, there are great extras like a 50” HD flat screen TV and free unlimited WIFI.

The semi-integrated kitchen is bright and equipped with everything needed for the daily use (coffe machine, microwave oven, fridge, cutlery, etc.)

All this means….just come in with your clothes and you are good to go. No worries, no hassle, just enjoy it from day 1!

Everything is at walking distance; supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, drugstores, and much more. Even the shopping mall "Düsseldorfer Arkaden" can be reached after a short walk.

In case needed, public transportation is literally on the front door with 7 tram lines available (lines 706, 723, 806, 809, 827, 835, 836), literally connecting you to anywhere in the city.

In case you need it, there is also a lockable cellar room with enough room to put any objects you don’t need on a day to day basis.

Washing machine and dryer are also provided in the house.
