* Stromverbrauch ist mit 55 kWh pro Monat sowie Kaltwasserverbrauch mit 2,6 m3, Warmwasser mit 1 m3 pro Monat und Heizung 32 Einheiten in den Mietpreis inkludiert.

The access with public transport is very good in the neighbourhood, there is S-Bahn, subway, as well as bus access and you need some 7 minutes to walk to the pedestrian zone.

* Electricity consumption of 55 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 32 units are included in the rent.
