Besides a north-east-balcony and a large living room, the apartment has an open, fully equipped kitchen incl. washing machine, a bathroom with bathtub and a quiet bedroom.

The living rooms and the corridor are laid out with reconditioned wooden floorboards. Kitchen and bathroom are covered with attractive tiles.

Equipment
The apartment is completely furnished and very well equipped. It is also very well maintained.
The rent includes the following: electricity, hot water, heating, IP-TV, a washing machine, internet (DSL 50.000) and telephone connection incl. landline flatrate for national calls.

Location
The apartment is centrally located in the Südstadt in the Stolzestraße - probably one of the most beautiful streets in Hannover. To the Maschsee or to the Aegi it is only a 10 minutes walk, the city centre is within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The tram stop Marienstraße is only 5 minutes away. A bus, which goes directly to the main station, is located right on Stolzestraße. You have everything else you need: There are shopping facilities (Netto, Hohl-Ab, or Rewe) and fitness center (Easy Fitness and Sport & Spa) right in front of the door.

The neighbourhood is very friendly and uncomplicated.

Ich biete meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung (70 qm) für 24 Monate (bis 31.12.2021) zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Südstadt und ist vollmöbliert – es fehlt an nichts.

Neben einem Nord-Ost-Balkon und einem großen Wohnzimmer verfügt die Wohnung über eine offene, voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Waschmaschine, ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer.

Die Wohnräume und der Flur sind mit aufgearbeiteten Holzdielen ausgelegt. Küche und Bad sind mit ansprechenden Fliesen ausgelegt.

Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Außerdem ist sie sehr gepflegt.
In der Miete ist folgendes enthalten: Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung, IP-TV, eine Waschmaschine, Internet (DSL 50.000) und Telefonanschluss inkl. Festnetz-Flatrate für nationale Gespräche.

Lage
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Südstadt in der Stolzestraße – eine der wohl schönsten Straßen Hannovers. Zum Maschsee oder zum Aegi sind es jeweils nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle Marienstraße ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Bus, der direkt bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt, liegt direkt an der Stolzestraße. Man hat auch sonst alles was man benötigt: Es befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Hohl-Ab, oder Rewe) und Fitness Center (Easy Fitness und Sport & Spa) direkt vor der Tür.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
