Welcome to our new and lovingly furnished apartment with a small outdoor seating area.

The beautiful small 46m2 apartment is located in a very well-kept three-family house. It was completely new in the basement, lovingly furnished with a new kitchen and furniture, well equipped and was completed at the beginning of 2024. It is located in a small settlement that is within walking distance (about 12 minutes) from the town centre. In the centre of the village there are enough supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. The apartment has its own parking space right next to the house and its own house entrance. If you come by electric car, you have the possibility to charge at 4 public charging stations in the centre. Wi-Fi, MagentaTV, are available.

If you are travelling with children, you have the opportunity to use the sleeping function of the couch, so there is space for up to four people. A baby bed from Hauck and a high chair are available if required.

If you bring the bicycles with you, you can drive via the old railway line, which has been converted into a bike and hiking trail, to the neighbouring cities (Hattingen/ Wuppertal). The A43 motorway is just a 5-minute drive away.
