This charming 18th-century riding stable is located in the old town of Oberdorfelden.
The residential building and the adjacent stables and depots on both sides together with the barn form a self-contained, listed ensemble (four-sided courtyard) with privacy.

The entire house is available for rent, without the outbuildings, for up to 8 people. The spacious, secluded courtyard can be used.

You enter the property via the courtyard gate and then you reach the mezzanine floor via an outside staircase in the courtyard.

On the ground floor are the cloakroom and an adjacent toilet, the kitchen, spatially connected to the dining room and a utility room.

A period oak staircase leads to the first floor. Here are 3 rooms, each with a good 20m², as well as the spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.

If you look up in the hallway over the built-in bookshelf that extends into the attic, your view opens up to the roof gable. Next to the bookcase is a modern wooden staircase that leads to the roof, where a large room (floor space approx. 90m²) with open roof beams and an adjoining shower room is presented.

The house was extensively renovated in 2006 and recently renovated.
As part of the renovation, high-quality materials were used (oak floorboards almost throughout the house, branded sanitary products in the bathroom and toilet) and biological building materials (clay, lime, travertine, wood).
The refurbishment was carried out with great sensitivity and attention to detail and the original character of the ensemble was largely preserved. The historic tiles immediately catch the eye in the entrance area, there are old, refurbished doors in several rooms, other highlights are individual exposed load-bearing ceiling beams and half-timbered beams (in the bathroom, for example, the old half-timbered beams of the originally 2 rooms serve as optical room dividers), in 2 rooms on the upper floor are original Frankfurt floorboards (softwood) from the 19th century, the large, open space under the roof.

In separate advertisements we offer the rental of the house for up to 6 people, alternatively the rental of the ground floor and upper floor for up to 4 or up to 6 people.

Please note: For logistical reasons, we require a lead time of 8 days between inquiry and rental for occupancy of up to 4 people, and 14 days' notice for occupancy of more than 4 people.
