Just 2 min away from Kurfürstendamm, the fanciest part of the city and the heart of the Western part of Berlin, 10 min walking distance from Zoologische Garten. There are a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, museums, and galleries in the area. You can easily reach each part of the city within 20-30 min.

The biggest supermarket in the area is right downstairs, so your grocery shopping will be very convenient and fast.

The apartment is a perfect choice for students and young professionals. The apartment itself is on the fourth floor. There is a big common area and a shared kitchen to spend and enjoy some time with your flatmates, the bedrooms are located on the upper floor (see floor plan). The property includes a balcony with access from Room 2.
