The accommodation
This apartment is a large old building apartment on the 2nd floor, you are just 2 minutes walk from the E-Center, bus stop or the marketplace. Also in the immediate vicinity of numerous stores and restaurants you can enjoy the city center to the fullest --> Living the hearth of the city.

The apartment has a total of 2 separate bedrooms and a large living room with over 100 years old doors! The rooms are basically equipped with a 160m x 200m box spring bed, desk board with direct view from the window incl. high chair, seat cushions and closet alternatives. In the living area a comfortable sofa bed with additional seat cushions, dining table and foosball table awaits you.

If you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels, etc. during your stay, we can provide this at short notice.

The garden, which is located in the courtyard, is publicly accessible to all residents and may be used by you --> perfect opportunity to let the evening fade away or as a large group to barbecue and celebrate exuberantly.

The kitchen has all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay, it should be mentioned that there is no oven.
Salt, pepper, oil, herbs, etc. are already available - durable items are not thrown away after started use - it would be too bad to dispose of fresh products directly!

Hairdryer, towels, bath towels, shampoo and a table soccer to prove his talents complete the offer. Cook, shower, sleep and feel at home is our claim!

Utensils can be provided at short notice between 11:00 - 17:00 on request, if you are missing something!
Access for guests
Your old building establishment is located on the 2nd floor. Our short-term rental is based on automatic processes! The check-in is contactless and can be realized until late at night by a key box - please use this again at the check-out.

The object has its own courtyard in which up to 5 cars can be parked. Thus, you park directly in the city center without further extra fees!
