This is due to the size of the property and suitable beds available; other than the provision of a travel cot for a baby, we cannot cater or allow for additional guests.• There is a strict NO SMOKING (or vaping) policy at the house. Smokers must smoke outside the property and dispose of cigarette butts safely that do not impose on future guests or the public. Please note: The use of any 'recreational drug' is strictly prohibited, and if its use is indicated, you will be asked to leave immediately.TrainsCanterbury West Station is the closest (10 min walk) but Canterbury East is also walkable (12 mins)BusesThe nearest bus stop is at Westgate Towers - 5 minutes from the house
