Exterior apartment with two (2) bedrooms and 110sqm area, very central and with lots of light, with 3 balconies to the main street. One of the bedrooms is exterior with balcony and window, bathroom en suite also with window and dressing room, the other bedroom has dressing room and bathroom en suite with window.
The property is heated by water radiators and has air conditioning in the living room and in the two bedrooms. In addition to a spacious living-dining room with TV, there is a large independent kitchen. The flat is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. It is right in the centre of Madrid, just a few metres from the Plaza Mayor. Despite being in the heart of the city, it is a quiet flat in a secure building, it has a concierge during working hours.
The price includes 2 cleanings of the apartment per month, more cleanings can be requested at an additional cost.

The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, in the center of the city. A few meters from the Plaza Mayor and about 200 meters from the Puerta del Sol. The Teatro Real is 4 minutes walk away. You can walk to any interesting point of the city, since the Paseo del Prado is only 10 minutes away (where the main museums are), there are supermarkets and shopping streets in the neighborhood, besides being an area full of life, bars and restaurants. In case you want to go further away, there are many public transportation options that will connect you to any point in the city.
