Sunny and very quiet apartment in center town. Unbeatable location, near Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas, La Boqueria market and MACBA.

Enjoy wonderful hours of sun, both in the morning and at sunset thanks to its large windows facing south-east and also south-west. Nice views over other roofs and a panoramic sky. It is also very notable how quiet is the feeling from the apartment even though it is located in center town, close to the vivid street of Juaquim Costa.

There is a large living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.

The space
There are two bedrooms: the main one is big enough to have 2 single beds that can be configured as a queen queen size bed (as do hotels). It has a very large closet with mirrors along one wall. There is also a large desk table in front of a window that overlooks the living room. This window is thick and can be blinded by 2 curtains. There is an air conditioning machine (summer) or heat pump (winter) as needed. This room has its own door to the main bathroom. This bathroom also has another door that connects it to the living room.

The other bedroom has a single bed and a closet that is located in front of the bedroom' door but outside the room.

The living room is a nice and sunny area with a large window from where you can see the top of the Gothic cathedral 1 km away. Nice views over other roofs and a panoramic sky. There is a large table for 5 people. Plus a small desk table. It has air conditioning to cool in summer or heat in winter. There is a double sofa bed very comfortable and easy to assemble and disassemble. Also in the living room there is another wardrobe. The living room can be an independent space and used as a room, since it has its own door and it is not necessary to go through it, neither to go to the kitchen nor to use the bathroom nor to leave the house.

The kitchen is large with access to the gallery from where you can see the sunset and the terrace of the building. It has everything you may need to cook: induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric juicer, pans, pots, etc.

There is also a new washing machine and several lines to hang all the clothes (even when it rains).

In the apartment there are two bathrooms with 2 showers and a separate toilet. With an unusual design, it has two bathrooms, one long and luminous, with 2 sinks and a male toilet. On the other side of the house is the sink with the toilet in one room, plus a separate room to host only the second second large shower.

THIS APARTMENT IS LOCATED ON THE 6TH FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It is a nice and clean stairs that in a few days you get used to. As long as you do not have physical difficulties, it is worth climbing 6 floors and enjoy the sun, views and tranquility of this beautiful apartment.

The apartment has its own optical fiber that provides high speed connection with 5G wi-fi technology. Excellent to be shared by all the people in the apartment. It is not shared with any other apartment. ONLY for my guests.
