Recently renovated fisherman's house with two rooms with double beds (one of them with an office on the mezzanine), another room that acts as a second office, a patio and terrace.
Restored in 2022 with a beach style, it has a kitchen with a central island, equipped with new appliances, an American fridge with fresh water and ice dispenser, a dishwasher, a wine cooler with space for 12 bottles, a washer/dryer, a Dyson vacuum cleaner and a Roomba cleaning robot. It has underfloor heating and a fireplace.
There is the possibility of putting the tenants in contact with the company that is in charge of doing weekly cleaning in the house on a regular basis if they wanted to hire this service, we have an assigned cleaning woman who knows the house well.
The environment: The house is located in front of the commercial port of Premià de Mar, with access to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach is a 3-minute walk from the house. The historic center of Premià is just a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy its shops, bars and plazas without having to suffer from the noise. Just 30 minutes by car and 40 minutes by train from Barcelona city centre(Arc de Triomph)
